It is fully furnished and equipped, so you can move in easily without needing to bring furniture. The apartment is calm, warm, and has excellent exposure to sunlight, with a balcony in the living room. It is ideal for someone looking for a comfortable, convenient and well-connected home rather than a crowded shared flat. About myself I'm the other tenant, André, 33, from Lisbon, and I work in a tech company. I am tidy, organized, and usually busy during the week. I enjoy sports and I'm up for some plans together on the weekends or evenings. I value privacy and a calm home atmosphere. I am easy-going and respectful, and I like the apartment to remain peaceful and relaxed. I am looking for a clean, organized, calm, and respectful person to share the apartment with.
