Wohnsituation: Anzahl Zimmer: 1 Besonderes: Möbliert Etage: 4. Etage Ausstattung: Aussicht, Balkon/Sitzplatz, Rollstuhlgängig, Lift, Geschirrspüler, Trockner, Waschmaschine, Breitband-Internet, Steinboden Bezugstermin: Sofort Looking for a female to share my beautiful and sunny apartment Price negotiable. I am looking for a female (30-40 years old) to share my beautiful apartment, filled with sunshine, views, and good vibes. The room is available immediately, and until mid- end March 2027, with a possibility of extending. We can discuss this in the visit. A bit about me and who I'm looking for: I am a 36 year old female from South Africa, working as a researcher at ETH Zurich. I do pole dancing, knitting, love a glass of wine, am in the artistic communities in Zurich and have quite a busy social life in outside of the apartment. I enjoy going out dancing from time to time. I'd love to find someone who can enjoy some chats and a glass of wine with me, but also someone who enjoys their private time. I am also looking for someone who respects the quiet in the mornings or when coming home late at night. I am quite a clean and tidy person and I'd like to live with someone who cleans up after themselves and helps with cleaning responsibilities in the apartment. The apartment has its own washing machine and dryer, bike parking, dishwasher, wifi, television, and all the comforts you may need. Your room is filled with sunshine and light, about 15sqm and comes with a double bed, bed side table, curtains and lighting. It leads out onto the shared terrace, which is also accessible from the living room area. The room is lovely and bright and you'll be very happy there! On the apartment, there are two bathrooms, one with the wash tower is a shared bathroom, which I will not use much. And the other bathroom is my private ensuite bathroom in my bedroom. If you're interested, please share a bit about yourself and your situation for staying in our apartment, then we can arrange to meet for a coffee at the apartment to show you around!
