November 2026 Furnished room in a 2-person flat with two balconies The room (about 15 m2) has a queen-size bed, a big wardrobe and a height-adjustable desk with a monitor, and it looks onto the green courtyard. The flat has a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, one bathroom with a bathtub, and two balconies: one off the living room and a big corner one off the kitchen. It is located on Wallisellenstrasse in Oerlikon, 7 minutes by bus from the station. Trams 7 and 9 to the city center and universities are a 10-minute walk (or a 4-minute bus ride), and there's a green path along a canal right behind the house, perfect for runs. I'm the other tenant: Matteo, 31, from Rome, doing a PhD in Economics at UZH. I like animals, music (anything from soundtracks to reggaeton), sports (football, tennis, running) and a good series or movie night. My girlfriend lives abroad and visits regularly, and I travel quite a bit too.
